I need some advice

Hi everyone, I bought a new trailer in August of 2012 and have had nothing but problems since day one. My trailer has been in for warranty since October with soft spots in the floor and a crack on the outside. It got sent back to the plant to be fixed. I was told they repaired a crack in the fiberglass and repainted it but when it came back there was just a piece of trim covering the crack and the floor still had some soft spots. It is now going to be fixed at my dealer instead but I'm being told that it will only continue to crack in the future. I can't accept this... I have spoken with the plant and I get very different stories between the dealer and the plant so I'm not sure who is lying but I have caught my dealer in some lies in the past so I'm sure it is them. Anyways it's been 8 months and I'm not sure what to do. Am I asking too much to have my trailer repaired to original condition?
