Ice maker shut off CC 36CKTS

Hello all. I'm trying to locate the shut off valve for the ice maker on my Whirlpool residential fridge. I have a 2015 Cedar Creek CKTS. I've checked threads and a couple of folks said it was underneath the trailer near the axles. I located a blue line with a valve but that appears to be a drain valve. Picture attached. When I open it nothing drains. I am hooked to city water and wonder if this isn't the drain for my fresh water tank. Next to this line is an uncapped flex line which I'm thinking is an overflow line for something.

Can anyone help with what I'm looking at and also where I might find the icemaker valve on my rig?

Have 2016 same model. That is fresh water drain. Icemaker is behind Driver's Side Tires. Hard to find. It has Push/Pull knob, not a lever.

Edit: Not sure what you're trying to 'shut off'. If you simply want it to stop making ice, just lift up on the wire lever inside the ice maker bin. It will snap into place and stay up.
