Did you do this yourself? If so what did you use, paint? Now you have me thinking. I have always had a favorite license plate frame and maybe I will put that saying on ours. Thanks for sharing.

I spray painted the tire cover white first using the new paint for plastic. Hated that tan color. Used "Print shop" program.. banner.... to print out the sayings in a size that would fit. ON that I used Curlz MT.. size 240 on top and 180 on bottom. NOW believe me the hard part was finding carbon paper to use to transfer it over so I could paint it! That stuff is scarce as hens teeth! I managed to find some of what they called "scrap" pieces at my local newspaper office. Lucky for me they are still in the dark ages! No, actually I got lucky that they just hadn't thrown them out. They did charge me $.25 a sheet.... I bought all that they had in the size I got. Going to guard that with my life! May never find it again.
