Just letting off a little steam.....
Just to be clear...I was not saying that a Thor was the best value. I was referring to an Interview where the president of Thor was on "Mad Money"...and I think it was Kramer that said RV's were the best value for the money.

How about spending a little bit to actually make both sofas fold out so you can really sleep the 6 that you advertise. We have a 2017 Riverstone 5th wheel that was said to sleep 6 but you can't unfold the two sofas at the same time. No one from Customer service has responded to my emails concerning this issue

Agree on the USB charge ports! Also, DC to the fan prep over the bed.

Accurate owner manuals that are actually reflective of the model it belongs to vs generic ones.

FR is starting to better. Our 2017 Flagstaff has 2 USB ports built into BR nightstand! Another thought, I think I saw a post where some one swapped out a 110 rectiple with one that had a USB port built into it. Might be an idea that should be easy mod.

They're readily available and simple to swap, though not cheap:

Amazon.com USB Charger Outlet, $20

I installed two of these. One above couch and one near the TV. I used 12 volt USB ports because I can charge boondocking or while traveling in the motorhome.

I know one thing for certain, If I was an FR product manager, I would never post on this or any other RV site, read the posts maybe, but never reply.

I would welcome some better QA. We bought a new Wildwood 27DBK and after picking it up at the dealer with a full working walktrhough we drove 5 hours and re-pressurized the system and sprung a major water leak. We found that the outdoor counter being glad in Bronze had a ground wire on it. Seems it must have been missed and someone rushed to install it and drilled thru the chassis floor and int a water line nicking it. and then securing the ground to the chassis in a bad spot to boot.

More so Manuals need to be better and reflect where equipment is. Took me over an hour to find the water pump after opening all the panels. Id welcome a shelf under the sink instead of a 30x26 x30 space. great for a garbage can but not much else with no shelf. Id like to see USB outlets co exist at each bed and counter. i also would think in the kids bunks usb outlets as well as shelfs at each bunk for a tablet or phone. In the master bedroom might work better to put the outlets over the night tables too.

Might be better to nicely secure all accessory manuals in a binder for the client too. the design engineers should go out and camp with the units, because i think things would be better if they did.

Leave a pull string everyplace a wire or cable runs and next to every vent opening.
For those who might not know, it's just a string pulled with every cable bundle and left at the openings where the cable exits the wall/floor/whatever. Makes it super easy to pull more cable along the same route.

Also I'd reinforce every wall opening (anyplace there's a switch or a panel that screws in) with 1/4 ply just an inch or so bigger than the opening so that screws have something to bite into.

Last but not least, I'd include a wiring and plumbing diagram.
