Illinois tornado devastates RV dealer

EZ Living RV dealer in Diamond, Illinois had their inventory turned upside down and stacked up.
so what do they do with the inventory after settling with dealer? (like a junk yard ?)

Just guessing, but maybe someone will retrieve any salvageable items there might be and then sell the metal for scrap.

All this only after the scratch and dent sale takes place.

amazing how one can be leveled like in pic 1, but the ones behind it look untouched. saw a pic several years ago about a tornado that came through st charles mo, leveled the house, but left a flower vase with flowers in it sitting on a doilly(?) on and end table untouched. the remote and a can of soda was sitting beside it. amazing power the wind has, and even more amazing what it can tear up or leave alone.

I never been though a tornado thank goodness, but I have read about instances where tornado have leveled a complete structure, but have left small articles on tables in the structure untouched such as the vase you mentioned here.

Mother Nature does some crazy things sometimes.

Saw some other pics of this devastation. Glad to hear that no one was injured! Hope that EZ Living gets back up and running again soon!

diamond, illinois

yes 113 is open.
after getting off I55 at 236 -if you are heading into Coal City the damages are within 1 mile of the exit then everything is untouched.

Might be a good place to pick up some never/slightly used parts like stab jacks to mod for in front of the axles.
