Sorry to hear

Just remember we all were new at this at one time or another and remember what has happened . We all have had one thing or another happen to us and most will always remember the next time . Even the most experienced rv'er makes mistakes and I say you learn by mistakes . And remember all of us are here to help you or at least

My first trip to the dump station in our new MH. I had everything set up and as I was about to release the cap on the rear aux tank I noticed that the valve wasn't shut. Yes this is a black and gray tank, the dealer, General RV, had delivered it this way and I wasn't smart enough to check until I was about to dump it. Luckily, I did notice it before I removed the cap and was able to limit the mess.

I'm sure we will end up pooping in the camper, I don't have a problem if someone needs to poop at 2am, because I'd have to go to the bathhouse with them, and I'd rather stay in bed.

We all live and learn, and I can guarantee that I won't forget where the black valve is located now.

Ah, just remember to close it. got distracted one time and never shut the valve and just put the cover on. (by the way they seal good) well it was time to hook the hose and dump the next trip, well you can guess the surprise I got when I unscrewed that cap. No way to shut that valve fast enough, another time I'm anal about my close up routine, don't bother me, well someone did, I must have drove 90 miles down highway 10 in Florida with my wardrobe slide open until I saw it at a rest stop, but I'm sticking to my story that it opened on it's own during travel. Since I always drive the right lane nobody beeped there horn at me, like they do when I leave my antenna up. Now that's why I don't talk to anyone either setting up or breaking down. Might be my age but every year I seem to add another walk around before I call it good now I'm at 4 walk arounds.....

I paid good money for this camper so you can bet I poop in it whenever we are traveling and the urge arises. I have been known to return to our camper to do my business passing several public toilets along the way.

Yea me too, that's what the poop tank is for. I don't know what the inside of a campground bathroom looks like or a rest area. But to each his own

But spock what about the ambience and magical fragrance of a campground crapper?
