installing tow hitch for boat

i am looking at getting a 2002 wildwood le 28bhss 5th wheel. it currently does not have a rear hitch and i want to put one on to tow my 16 foot boat. i just want to make sure that this model is capable of getting one installed. as far as a heavy enough frame and such since i didnt really look as close as i should have.
