If it "Heavy" and hard to push up, you've got water in there. Insulation is not that heavy and that material is looking very taught in your pic...like there is a lot of pressure on it.

'Strapping' will also 'sag' with the under belly (and pocket water)... you will have to install some type of bar or angle iron for support.

The 'designers' should have known that 'under bellies' like this would not be 'tight' enough to keep out water and other infiltration. If what you have is 'blown' in insulation, you will have problems with it now and down the road.

I have true coroplast under my Surveyor. There is no insulation but the coro was sagging in the middle, touching the axles, and showing signs of rubbing/wear. Selling dealer was about 350 miles away. I put a piece of galvanized uni-strut in front of and behind the spring hangers bolted to the frame. I also added a Mor-ryde cross member at the equalizer hanger. Worked pretty well wih the coroplast. The Mor-ryde does sit below the coroplast and does not touch, just a safety net for the coro.

Yes thats how it should look not sagging like mine. I bought it new a year ago and its always looked like my pic. It not wet at all. Its a gray wolf by forest river and its just poor workmanship.

I swear. Crawl under a trailer house. That’s what it looks like.

Check out the 3/4" angle iron at HD or Lowes (or whatever local store). Most of the trailer frames are 72" or slightly less and the rest of the width of the trailer rides on outriggers. The 3/4" angle is not very heavy and it is stiff and would do a great job of holding the bottom up.

I would be more concerned about water intrusion while driving. That material looked to have a weave, and unless it's coated with something on the back side will possibly let water from the road in. Especially where you have penetrations and the insulation is exposed like in the photo. Gorilla tape, eternabond or something to seal it up?
