Just wondering how much insurance is enough to cover yourself if you were in a accident and it was your fault. I’m talking about vehicle insurance not life insurance or health insurance. If you were driving your rig or pulling it , and the accident was your fault or not. Or if the other vehicle was at fault and they had no insurance and had no property. I have $250,000 each person $500,000 each accident. I’m thinking to raise it to $500,000 each person $1,000,000 each accident

you might want to consider an umbrella liability policy. I had one that only cost about $300/yr with $1 million of coverage. you do have to first have a certain amount of coverage on your auto and home policies. going to $2 million of coverage was not much more.
