Terier,

We stay at Pechanga Casino RV Park. It's a little pricey ($45 with GS discount) but it's close to our relatives and very clean. Has all the amenities - pool, hot tub, etc. The casino itself is huge with many dining options.

While mine looks put away I never think of it as that I think of it as just waiting for another modification. Next year it will be moving still this time of year in search of somewhere warmer.

Down here in swamp central, it's just now getting camping season. Got a big one planned next weekend.

I have spent today cleaning and winterizing the boat. Now have to bring the tt up and start cleaning it for next weekend.

I am glad LSU has their bye week next Saturday so I can relax. They about did me in last night, and from what I read, somebody did have a heart attack at the game last night. RIP

Being that we live in Wisconsin, we put the camper in hibernation for the season. Some day we will have the luxury of camping year round......until then...we close up in the fall.

We live in NE and winterized last weekend. So sad!!!
Our unit is at a year round camping spot at Fort Randall Dam in Sd...we spend most of the spring and summer up there since we enjoy walleye fishing. We are both retired and I am wondering WHY are we not heading south?? Oh, I forgot.....we do not have a truck to tow it with....lmbo

Up here in Southern New England you never know what your weather is going to be like this time of year. But a few things are definite. The time change will mean it will get dark by 5:15. That puts a damper on those Friday evening setups. Plus, whose going to rake up all these damn leaves???

Not a chance. We've been winter camping for 10 years now and have no intentions of stopping. Just winterized for the first time today, since we use our water system all year round, this is just the first winterization of many for the winter.
