Pasta cooker----------

Robyn & Dustin, you just mentioned something a "pasta cooker". Where did you get your pasta cooker? And could you post a picture of it. My D/W always complains about taking so long to cook pasta on the stove top and heating up the RV inside. Using the micro seems to be the answer to preparing pasta.

When we plan to have pasta when camping, we cook it at home and put it in a large zip loc bag. Prevents having to take the time to cook it when away and no heating up the inside of the coach. A minute or two in the microwave is all that is needed to warm it up.

Like others I've been pre-cooking pasta at home and putting into a bag.

Walmart sells something that suppose to cook rice or pasta in the MO but would work well for heating up soup or spaghetti sauce too. Since I'm only cooking for me it should work ok.

It's called Fasta Pasta and we got it at walmart. There's also one called pasta boat. Wonderful for RV cooking. I tried posting a picture but I'm using the iPhone app for the forum and can't seem to find where it allows me to do that in the thread.
