Is the extended manufacture warranty worth it?

I have a new Flagstaff 206 ltd and they give you 10 days to decide if you want the extended warranty or not.
I think it is a dirty move for them to give the 10 day deadline as it causes people to make sudden decisions but it is what it is.

So is it worth it? Do I have to worry about manufacturing defects after a year of use?

My experience was that they don't hold firm to the 10 days. Don't know how far you can push it, but there are other threads with posts saying the same thing.

I've been back and forth on my opinion of whether it is the best deal going or a "dirty move" to not just include it in the price of the RV, even if they added the $150 to the sticker price. Either way, glad we bought it. At $100/hr for labor plus parts cost, it wouldn't take much to pay off if there is a problem. The best thing that could happen is we never need to use it...

I bought it. After two trips I had to bring mine in for a slide adjustment and leaking fresh water tank. At $150 I just thought it was cheap insurance.
