Issues with slide on XLR hyperlite Toy Hauler

I am in desperate need of help . We have an 27HFS XLR Toy Hauler 2011 that for not known ( to me ) reason the slide is not coming out.
Battery is full charged and from what I can say I cannot hear any sound when using the button "out" or "in"

I don't know if is a fuse box that can be checked or what can be done or to look

please, any advice ?

Thank you

Yes start with fuses at the breaker panel.
Does your camper have a remote system?
Next is what kind of slide system does it have?
Rack and pinion under.
Cables on the sides.
Tracks on the sides.

1) Well, I don't know where is the break panel -- nowhere on the manual is saying that

2) No remote control on this model ( at least we don't know )
3) About slide system have no idea --- need to check later today

This is the model of Toy Hauler we have 27HFS XLR Toy Hauler 2011

Not sure if you have the middle switch on your model. Turned mine off with the kids here and forgot about it. Had to think when moving next time because CRS. Hope it something simple.

Hey there. Sounds like its a "new to you" camper. Congrats.
But the fuse the panel is under the refrigerator.
Good luck.
