Itchin to get out!

This winter has been exceptionally mild in my neck of the woods.. Today it's supposed to be a high of 14C (57F).. Except for alot of wind (157 kmh - 98 mph on Friday night), it hasn't been too bad out..

There is still enough snow that you aren't getting into most places.. No snow (or very little) on the ski hill... Ice is too thin and unsafe to be fishin on...

Come on mother nature... Either get back to winter or warm up enough that camping season can get started!!

IMO forget the getting back to winter part and let's move on to warming up so we in the northern climates can get camping again .

YESSSS!!!! I drive by my RV at the storage facility once every week or two just to check on it. I'm definitely going through withdrawal.

Know the feelin, need to get on the road agin. First light snow a couple of days ago, another in the forecast that is bigger. Rv looks lonely sitting on the pad all covered in snow. Hopefully will be pulling at in three weeks on the first of four planned trips this year.

I heard the forecast for Mesa, Az is 80 today. So I'm leaving for there on Wednesday to get out of the cold & snow of Upper Michigan.

I have booked so much camping this week! I'm ready, but my MH is going to the dealer next week for a Teflon coating and my slide isn't working. April 3rd can't come fast enough!

Az is pretty nice in the early months and late months. Way to hot in between. Went to a cup race (nascar) in Sept. a few years back and it was 107º

Welcome to the U.P.!!!

Also Houghton, Mi. is the home of Professional Hockey.

It's where my school bus kids get on the bus every morning with a half size hockey stick to play hockey at recess.
