Just got back from PDI - did I screw up?

Just did a PDI on a Salem Hemisphere 282RK. Went fantastic and the technician was very knowledgeable. It also helps that this is our second TT so I was familiar with most of the systems.

My concern: I left all of my component manuals in the TT which is 1.5 hours away. Are there any warranty cards that I need to mail in within a certain number of days?

I believe the 2nd year warranty is supposed to be mailed within a certain number of weeks of purchase....

Thought it was only 10 days from purchase.

I purchased mine in Oct. I had to register some items like the fridge etc. I logged into the manufactures web sites. The did ask me for the serial numbers if the items I registered.
Your probably going to need that pile of paperwork to register that stuff.

That's what I was afraid of.

I already have the 2nd year extension form to mail in.

My dealer did have all the serial numbers of the items hand written on a build sheet which was convenient but I had to have that pile of papers to see which items needed to be registered.

Good luck.

2nd year warranty is the most timely so good you have that.

I'm sure you can call the dealer and ask them to mail or fax the forms back to you. Here's a list of contacts for various components.

Dometic, suburban/Atwood and maybe some others are the one's you need. Or, if you can do it online, than just ask the dealer to give you a list of components and your serial number.

Unless I misunderstood the guy who did our walk-thru he told me I didn't have to register my appliances that they were automatic registered when I bought the unit by the vin number.
