KingQuest Auto Satellite Dish

Ordered the KingQuest automatic satellite dish for DirecTV. Got it yesterday. This dish is advertised to be super easy to set up. Be watching television in minutes.Took a receiver from the house (compatible) followed all instructions, disconnected and reconnected several times. Called KingQuest tech no help on weekends. Called DirecTV the tech tried to do as much as she could over phone. Everything we had already done. DirecTV tech coming out Tues to see what they can do. If he can't get it going will box up and send back to Amazon!
So frustrating !! Stay tuned......

Up date!! We now have TV ! First Directv guy came out no help at all!! Did the same things we had done. DH finally got in touch with the tech for the Kingquest (they don't work weekends) had it all up and running in no time! Something had jarred loose in shipping. Think we are going to love it

I love mine too. Thinking about mounting it on the roof, then purchasing a second one for the times when the roof mounted one has obstructions. Would rather have good shade but still like to be able to watch tv
