I'm being forced to file suit against FR under the Magnusson-Moss Act. Is there anyone else in NTX area that is in the same boat? I have a 2017 3171DS that has been in the shop for 9 months, and repairs have still not been completed. FR wants it back at the factory for 5 months to complete the remaining repairs. The list includes leveling system failures, A/C, heat, delamination, leaks, and cracking body panels.
