My wife can hear the rain but I can't. Do ya think it's the R38 roof on our Cedar Creek???

You think falling acorns are noisy. We have a couple a 60'+/- palm trees near us. They have been neglected for years. When we get a good wind, the dead, dried out palm fans, and their limbs break off and land on our TT. I have already put the park on notice just in case I loose a sky light or vent cover.

"Full Timer" with "Boon Docking" in the desert southwest being my drug of choice. Well, that and really cold beer.

All these falling objects are amazingly loud. My dogs are scared to death of the acorns hitting the roof. Our rear slides is a metal roof so it is particularly loud there.

A branch fell off off a tree on a windy night on one of our first trips out in our new 5'r. Woke us both out of a dead sleep. Actually it scared the ___ out of us...

The next morning I climbed on roof ladder and was shocked at how small the branch was that made such a loud noise.

We still miss the sound of the rain on our Sun Valley Pop up, just something soothing about it.
