less is more

Just a thought to ponder:

When I'm camping, I have a small little house, called a TT. Everything gets worked out in a minimalist, efficient way. It takes about 1-2 hours to clean the place spotless. It's relaxing, and involves meeting people, fresh air and recreation.

Back home I have a whole house that takes a whole day (at least) to clean. There's so much more stuff, that it gets overwhelming.

I believe that less is more....could that explain why everyone loves their campers and camping? Home away from home, but more scaled down so you can actually enjoy yourself.

Lynn

My trailer is my little doll house. It is parked in my driveway and very often I go inside and meditate. I love sleeping inside even if I have my big house right next to my little doll house. I think we are all the same. Trailers are part of our life when you have been a camper all your life. It is my 13th trailer and even after saying we are done with trailers I always got back to them. Dedicated trailerist for the life.

We collect many things during our lives; both physical objects and emotional baggage. I think camping is a way to get away from the "junk" and the "junk" in our lives.
