Thank you for the DOT tire plant codes. As you can see about only 1% of tires are manufactured in the USA. You may be riding on Russia, China, Uruguay etc. etc. "Bombs".

My Goodyear Endurance tires have "Made in the USA" molded right into them. I got them immediately after buying my trailer. Trailer went from dealer to parking spot and from parking spot to Discount tires. No messing around, period. It was the absolute first thing I did after buying my trailer. 5000 miles later, including towing it up to my home in Alaska, and I haven't had a single tire issue.

I've heard some are made in Fayetteville, NC, too.

Because even a good quality tire won't last long on an RV. It's not like a passenger vehicle where you can expect to get 50-70k miles out of a good set of tires. Tires are made to be used. Not sitting, getting sun exposure, dry-rotting, being put under extreme weight loads constantly, many being pulled at faster speeds than rated for, etc. Myself and others too live by the rule of replacing tires every 4 years no matter how they look.

And I've seen this a hundred times. Don't just assume your tires are 15 months old because that is the manufacture date of the RV.
