Let camping season begin!!

We begin our camping season this weekend! I can't wait !
We're only going about 75 miles from home, but then again, if we were only going the 20 miles to the local COE camp ground I'd be just as happy about it.
We went to where we keep our Surveyor parked at friends' home outside of town and got her all clean and shiny this past weekend. the water lines were blown out this year so no A-F to drain. Propane tanks checked and all is set!
And the count down is on!

I'm definitely jealous!!!
We have about 5 more weeks before we go anywhere. The weather is pretty nice this week but next week who knows, maybe a blizzard?

Enjoy your trip.

I'll be sitting at home in mine watching the Daytona 500.

Yes, that's all part of the pool area, I remodeled it three years ago. The fire ring was installed at the time of remodeling so we could have cook outs just like we do at the campground.

Can't agree more. Very anxcious to try our new rig both 5th wheel and new truck. Have lots of places booked already.
Can tell that everyone is waiting for the 2009 season just by the way the board has gotten so busy.
Hope everyone has a safe, rain to a minimum and fabulous year ahead.

We are more than ready for a little warmer weather and the chance to get out with our rig. We have a trip planned to Pt Townsend about 2 hours away from home to the state park where they filmed An Officer And A Gentleman for a short get away. We woke up this morning to 4" of new snow and it is still coming down hard! ARGGGGGG!!!! I'm sick of this weather!
