Lets see your stats from this past weekend.....

OK, so I pulled 301 miles at 56 mph for an average of 10.9 mpg with tow/haul enabled and ran 2100 rpms. Cruise control enabled where possible. Trans temp would spike to 190 or so in city driving then amble on down to about 150 on the flat Florida roads. Drove through a little bit of everything, REALLY bumpy construction, white out rain, 35 mph head and cross winds near storms. Also successfully made my first gas stop pulling the TT also. How about everyone else?

Just drove from Myrtle Beach SC back to Detroit:
2013 2500 Savana 6.0L
2015 Rockwood 8327SS
average 65mph - unless we were going up the mountains
Tow/haul on. No cruise.
My average was 8.8mpg.

Cruise and tow/haul as much as possible.
West Yellowstone puts on a nice fireworks display.
Old Faithful was more or less on time.

Just a quick run 30 MI to a Redneck Resort on The TN river - Blown BR A/C and limping LR A/C made going any further an not-so-great idea

Pulled at 65mph, did not keep gas stats but from the past I know on flat inter estates we get @ 13.5 MPG - down to 9-10 in Hilly areas.

Oh and 1/2 Bottle of BV Toasted Caramel (we GOTTA conserve...they are discontinuing selling this stuff here )
