Leveling TT question please

First post.. long time reader.
Flagstaff super lite 26FKBS. This is the 2 slide model, one in living area and the other is rear bedroom. Both Slides on the same side of the trailer. We love the TT but have a leveling question. Normally I level at the campsite and then extend the slides. Doing this seems to throw things a bit out of level side to side. I imagine this is because of the weight of the slides on one side only.
Wondering if it's better to extend slides and then level side to side. Appreciate replies.

Our 2 slides on on side drops that side about 1 inch, so I "level" with the slide side 1 inch high.

Figure out how much yous drops and add that. I would not move it on an off blocks with the slide out.

I agree [emoji817]. Do not extend and re-level. Adjust as indicated by previous post. MHO

Just level, put down stabilizers and then extend slides. Even if it did drop 1"(seems unlikely) that's nowhere near enough to worry about.

I level side to side with 2x material under one set of tires. unhook from truck and level front to back with landing gear. then run out slides and finally run down rear stabilizers. ive never had an issue.

X2 I used Lynx leveling blocks under the tires, but same concept.

I have the sister camper to yours, Rockwood Ultra Lite 2608. I had the same problem, leveled it side to side then when the slides went out it was out of level & the bedroom & bathroom doors would not close properly.
I use the levelmate pro 2 & their directions state to make sure the camper is level when the slides are out then retract them & set level on the levelmate pro so when you set up at the campground the camper will show level with the slides in but will actually be level when your slides are out. I hope this made sense to you.

I set up with the slide side with the level bubble centered on the 1 high. 1" high. When the slides are out the tt is dead level.

I've used the Hopkins stick on levels with all my TTs , they're very inexpensive and a no brainer to judge how many lynx blocks to use to get the coach 1'' higher on the slide side.

I think my owner's manual states that the trailer must be level before extending the slide.

Level

I level about an inch high, half a bubble on slide side. Works out to be level when slides go out. You will have to experiment what works for you. I also use the screw chokes in-between the wheels. If I put the slides out 1st., I have to craw on the ground to install on the slide side.

Here's another wrinkle...

Should you avoid having your stabilizers down before extending the slide(s)? I know this was an issue years ago with our first (pop-up) trailer -- there needed to be some room to "flex", or the slide was prone to binding up if the stabilizers were deployed.

Is this an issue with modern day full size travel trailers?

Level

Never had any binding of slide, leveling prior to putting slides out on 27VLS.

My father in law has the Rockwood version of this one, the 2608BS. It took three trips before he realized he had to have the slide side 3/4" to 1" higher than the door side for it to be level with the slides out.

I level half a bubble high on the slide side and then extend. The slide has never bound up, groaned like it was working harder or sounded any different than it did when I leveled perfectly level. I think if your within an inch either way, the slide will be fine. Your cabinet doors and bathroom doors may or may not notice, depending on which way they swing.

As for the stab jacks, I deploy those after the slide is out. Don't know that it would make a difference, just the way I've always done it and so far is working for me.
