Leveling with scissor jacks?

I have a 2002 Sierra 25RS travel trailer (rear bed slide) that has the typical stabilizer scissor jacks on it, trailer weighs about 5,000 lbs without personal belongings. I need to replace one as it hung on my driveway and bent pretty bad. I was looking to replace it with a 24" 2500 lb capacity scissor jack. In looking online I see there are scissor jacks that say they are leveling scissor jacks. I thought the scissor jacks were meant for just stabilizing so as not to bend the frame. Are these scissor jacks different and can you truly use them for leveling and stabilizing without damage to the trailer or frame?

Here are the three I was looking at:

EAZ-Lift Leveling Scissor jack

BAL "C" jacks

BAL Deluxe Leveling Scissor jack

When I had my tent trailer I just used extra boards to level side to side. I'm looking for something a little easier if possible. I was looking at the Andersen leveling system for this trailer when I ran across the leveling scissor jacks.

It is not the jacks that can damage the frame, it is that if any jack on light frame TT is extended past snug it can distort the frame. Larger units with heavy frames (Real I-beam or box frame) can be leveled without damage.
