Could anyone explain what is enclosed and heated gate valves

That would be in reference to you holding tank dump valves.
Sounds like you have the arctic package.

They are enclosed in a heated underbelly.
As well as having heat tape on them.

That's what I believe came with the unit 292bhds liberty edition but when I ask at our closing about artic pkg they didn't say anything so I called back to find out about ordering heating pads they said to install it would be 1200 sounds to me there trying to pull a fast one

If you actually have the package You should have switches that control tank heaters and heated waste outlets.

Correct I could not find switches on unit the thing is I did ask the salesman and he also stated it has them during walk thru demo tech said the liberty edition comes with this feature and all the literature I have seen says the same thing

Some brands don't use the electric heat pads on the tanks but instead duct some of the heat from the furnace into the enclosed underbelly. Both of my Wildcats were like that.

If that's what it is I still will need the pads to run in the winter so I don't freeze up while transporting

Spoke with forest river today well again a miss informed sales crew is all it takes to screw things up evidently they don't understand there own advertising gimmicks or are trained with there own manuals the simplest thing standard features nobody understood this term till I explained it to them that this is basic what comes on the rv all I kept hearing was will have to check your order to see if that option is part of your pkg go figure can't fix stupid
