Little white valve on bottom of Windjammer near water drains?????

I was winterizing (in Texas no less) and noticed a white plastic valve attached to a black housing. The housing is about 2" down, 6" deep and 3" wide. There is no marking on it, nothing to tell where is open, and when I move it, nothing comes out.

Can anyone please let me know what this is for and if it needs to be winterized.

We have a 2011 3001W Windjammer.

Thanks -John

PS for some reason I cannot get a picture to attach. Try this link. I put the a couple of pictures there you can click on. Thanks again.

It looks like the Fresh Water tank drain. Turned 90d to the position in the picture will let it drain.

Looks to me as your fresh water tank drain valve.

Thanks!!!

I never had need to use the fresh water tank, so when I turn it, nothing came out. At least I know what it is now.

The manuals are not real informative.

Thanks, thanks, thanks. This is a great forum.
