You could take it to the service dept and have something upgraded, such as a Tv antenna... or.. rear camera...or 2nd battery.. or Lots of other items. Give them the time you have to pick it up. Music Valley Drive also has Camping world and one other sales service place next door. As info

I did a google search for RV storage near Nashville and came up with 14 RV storage places. One of them might offer short term storage.

The storage places only rent per month and I’m looking for a cheaper spot for just 4 days. I would love to stay in it but the work conference I’m attending requires me to be at the host hotel. Ok will check some of the other suggestions. Thanks

May still be your cheapest option. Yes, you'll had to pay for a month, but what does a month run you? Ours is $84.00 (Cdn) for a 40' deep spot. And I've been told that's fairly high compared to what people pay for storage on the US side.

Let's say you can get a storage site for $60.00 (US), then it's only $15.00 per night for your 4 nights. At $40.00, it's only $10.00 per night. I've paid more than that for hotel parking.

Might check a local fire department. Some have areas to store trailers

Since you will have your truck, here is a Corps Of Engineers CG, only about 30 minutes from Down Town... sites are cheap... Just park it there....https://www.recreation.gov/camping/c...O&parkId=71075 Tell them something came up and you will have to come back in a few days to pick it up :-)

I parked my motorhome at a hotel we spent the night at years ago. I have seen others park their RV at hotels or motels. Call the Hotel that you are staying and see if they might have a place for it.

We live in the Nashville area and right now the downtown area has so much construction and detours the last thing I would want to do is tow a trailer anywhere near it... The parking in Downtown is crazy, they get $20 -25.00 per day for cars .. you need to just get out of town ... there are many parks, I"d just find a convenient RV park, pay the daily rate and move on, your only taking a few days... Put the TT in a safe park and enjoy your time in Nashville... But Forget about driving in to the City that is a Crazy Idea!

DAvidki recommended a nearby coe campground with reasonable rates as far as storage goes. It looks like the best solution. I called a lot of other campgrounds and the costs were much higher and storage places wanted a monthly free of at least $175 plus tons of paperwork.
Is there a rule against parking at a rented coe space and not staying there for 4 days? The cost is just a bit over $100 for the 4 days so I can deal with that. My DW may go 5ere while I’m at the conference too.
Just don’t want to break any of the rules. And they have about 10 open sites as of today so I don’t feel bad for taking the “last” spot from someone.

We camp at a Coe campground at defeated creek, there are several times that we find folks parking their TT for 2 weeks and just showing up on the weekends so, I think you would be fine.. I suggested that specific CG because it was COE and low cost, if you have a National Parks Pass (were over 62) the camping is 50% off per night. I"ve only driven thru Cedar Creek and it seems nice, Quiet and safe... Keep us posted
