lost my multi function remote

Just wondering if anyone has had to replace their multi function remote for their slide, jacks and awning. I am dreading the thought of how much the replacement will cost. Suggestions please if you know whatthe brand name was or company info. maybe I can get it cheaper directly from the factory.

LCI, or Lippert Control Industries. Is who make my remote. Heard they are not cheap though.
