Angry Low Point Drains on Rockwood Ultralite 2702ss??

I have a rockwood 2702ss, I am wondering where or is there a low water point drain for this or similar TT?

It was delivered winterized but I would like to know where this is?

I had a pop up that had two valves under the sink that had to be pull up to have city water connected and pushed down to drain after unhooking water source.

Is there a similar procedure on this trailer?

I have the 8313 and my low point drains are under the rear on the curb side. I have two caps to remove to drain. Hope this helps

Note: This post was moved from a parallel thread.

So...this is similar to your post in another spot - might want to just post in one spot. I posted a reply there. With my 2501ss, the low point drains are on the door side in the rear below the bathroom sink area. These are used to drain out most of the water prior to winterization. For using the connection to city water, they have no connection. When you attach your fresh water hose from the spigot to the city water connection on the trailer, the pressure opens a check valve that then shuts of water coming from the water pump supply (don't need water pump on when hooked to city water) and allows the city water to flow through the system. If you are using the fresh water tank on the trailer, there of course is a separate fill for that and its own drain valve that is usually located somewhere below the fill. Hope that helps.

Low point drains on our 2605S are under the bath tub. We actually had to call Forest River and ask them where they were on our model.

Not a problem.

If you aren't getting answers during a certain time period, just do a short post like "other ideas ??" or something, and it will put this thread back on top of the category, and also will show if someone just uses the "New Post" button like I do.

You might just have to do a trip under the camper and check to see where those puppies are.

On my 2604 they are right in front of the dump valve. You have to look from underneath as the skirting will block their view.

When I was going through the PDI, I asked where the low point drains were. The guy doing the PDI looked under the trailer, but couldn't find them. We had already taken the panel off so he could show me the water filter, so he went inside, traced the lines, found where they went through the floor, then went back outside an still had to hunt for those puppies......he knew the area that they should be in, but they were hidden pretty good.
