low water pressure

Just moved into a 03 sierra last week. Water pressure in kitchen/galley seemed a little low, but no big deal. Put a regulator on city water supply a few days ago and lost a little more flow, but still no big deal. Well, today I lost almost all flow from sink, both cold and hot. No problem with rest of water system. Shower, bathroom etc all good. Could it be filter? Not much of a plumber, but need to fix it myself if possible. Thanks
