Maiden Voyage

We finally got to take our new 274DBH out this weekend for its maiden voyage. Everything seems to work as it should. This trailer is so much better than the hybrid we upgraded from, there is no comparison. Set-up and takedown is so much easier and faster. The trailer is much more comfortable as well. There is lots of room inside and the air conditioner keeps it cool, even in the middle of the day. Only one negative so far, the bullseye level on the tongue jack is pretty much useless. I didn't really expect it to be very accurate, so it was no big surprise. What type of levels does everybody use? I am currently just using my 4 ft carpenters level placed on the floor, but would like to have some accurate stick-on levels to make things easier.

I just use the "cheap" stick on ones you can get at walmart.
They are 10 bucks I think for the set. Last a few years with just the stick on tape.
For years, I had a two foot level in my front storage compartment and just used that for side to side.

Get the stick on level indicators. They're $3-$4 a piece. Set up your camper with the slides out, get it as close to perfect level and then put the level stickers on. I used regular 2 sided tape instead of the tape that came with them. You could wiggle them around so they could not have been that stable. Also, buy the water and bubble, not the metal ball in a tube. I put those on my new one thinking they'd be more accurate and I can move the front up several inches and the ball never moves. I still carry a cheap 2' level just to check if it feels off, but the stick on ones do pretty good.
