Where is Association Island 1000? It looks like a gorgeous place to visit.

Yep, kept the batteries fully charged (maybe overcharged-see new thread I just posted) with the combination of sun and clouds we've had.

Sunny this morning. Batteries were at 12.3V this morning after running the heater all night, within about an hour and a half hooked up to the panel they're up to 13V.

We will be washing and waxing the truck and fiver this weekend. Heading to our favorite campground, Wind Creek SP on June 6 for ten days of doing nothing. Rather have the campground to ourselves than fight the crowds.

Didn't want to deal with other campers on this muggy weekend, so we will be heading out Monday afternoon/Tuesday morning to dry camp at some reclaimed strip mines. Lots of fishing, reading, hiking, and napping are on the agenda.

Not going anywhere this weekend, but taking the Windjammer on a shakedown cruise up to Coles Creek campground at Carlyle Lake Tuesday for 3 days. It's about 85 miles away.
Taking wife, bikes, and Labrador, leaving golf clubs at home.

We headed to McCall Idaho had a great time except for the fact that I lost my truck keys for a while.

Harrison Hot Springs in BC, Canada. Had a blast despite mostly raining the whole time. Hoping to explore much more of our neighbor to the north in the next couple years.

Working in Arlington VA, Saturday 8 hours time and a half plus Monday 8 hours double time and a half = $$$

So I can go camping at SHENANDOAH RIVER STATE PARK next weekend. Never been there any pointers? And is any one else going?

There are no bad spots at that park but there are half a dozen parallel to the river that are the best. Bring everything you need since the park is about 8 miles from any services. This is our weekday go to park.
