Micro Lite 25DS leaking above table

Hello, During heavy rains the light above the dining table drips water. There is a shelf / storage area directly above the light but there is no water there. I think the water is following the wire into the fixture. Wondering if it could be coming from the antenna for the TV or the antenna for the radio?
Has anyone experienced this type of problem?
