Microwave/Convection

We have a new 2008 Cardinal FR 5th wheel that we bought last Fall and the microwave/convection has hardly ever worked. The clock and timer works and the light comes on but sometimes it "blinks" off and other times, the light stays on but when the turntable doesn't turn we know its not going to work. We've only been able to get a work 2-3 times. We've even turned every other thing off in the trailer--nothing works. Convection has only worked once - if the lights don't glow in the back, we know it isn't going to work. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

It should be covered under your warranty because it is not working. Have it replaced.

I work on microwaves alot, as stayed before is it is under warranty get it replaced or repaired,
but I bet the problem is a door switch, there are 3 switches that the door latch activates, the have 2 prongs with a little red buton on top, usually the top switch or primary is the cause of your problem, make sure the replaced switch is the same as the defective, it is labled NO NC NORMALLY OPEN OR NORMALLY CLOSED AND COMMON WHICH ALL MICROWAVE SWITCHES HAVE. hope I havent confused you, hope this helps
