And so how do you measure the tank capacities? And the capacity of the HW heater? This is called bait and switch techs and even a lawyer would have problems proving it'd like to see the "code violated"! That part is in writing.....

Barry means the same as I wrote- because the email says that only the outside sink goes to that gray tank, very little has changed in the *usability* of the camper- regardless of how shocking the difference sounds.

I understand,But the email is after the fact of a misleading sale.

The web site is wrong and I posted a link of dealer selling this unit that states 76 gal of grey. There are many other on the web as well selling this unit with MISLEADING info referring to 76 gal of grey.
That would lead a buyer to think he had 76 gal. of grey.
I would think most buyers are not as sharp as some on this forum.
One would really have to do there homework.

How could one find out this info before buying???

Ask the dealer for an options list as I've posted.

So the mfg knows about it...but don't want to furnish the info on there web site or let there dealers know. Might cost them some sales. Its easier to tell folks about it after they buy it. That way they don't loose any sales.
Good for the bottom line!

How does one see that a tank is missing from the trailer when the under belly is covered with a protective bottom. I asked the PDI guy and his answer was they must both use one dump valve.
The only thing I have that has anything on it is the appliance serial log sheet. It says nothing about tank sizes.

Hopefully it would be on that list correctly. Mine has no tank info
and it was the list furnished by the factory.

Mine drains as the the factory said yours did. I just put a valve on the outside cap and then opened both grey valves. Tying them together. Viola, double the capacity of grey. I aint no college graduate but its not rocket science. Its waste water. You lost half of your capacity, despite what other might think.
What I put on mine when dry camping
