I wouldn't say "all your fault", but it was definitely an incorrect assumption and in hindsight isn't as major of a "false advertising" as you once thought it was. It seems your ability to use the camper hasn't changed much.

When I purchase a camper with accessories (or anything else that I order) I make sure that all the details that are important to the sale of the camper are listed as line items on the sales order. When my order comes in if anything is missing or not what I ordered as per the sales order I do not take delivery. The sales order is a contract for what I am getting.

It seems kinda strange to me they would have that tiny outdoor sink draining into a 38 gallon tank and then a kitchen sink, shower and bathroom sink all draining into another 38 gallon tank. I wonder how accurate the info is from the lady from Palomino.

If that is the case I guess we havnt lost a lot of capacity since I'll hardly use that outdoor sink. But really why would they design it like that in the first place...

My camper is the same way. What's ironic is that the 1/2-bath sink goes to that black tank instead of the gray tank that it is next to. Only the outside shower goes to that gray tank- it's never been more than a few gallons full.

How does your outside shower go to your grey tank?

Did your sales order show the tank?
Your sales order shows all options.

I did. Outside SINK goes to it's very own gray tank that nothing else uses (not even the 1/2-bath sink that's right beside of it).

And so how do you measure the tank capacities? And the capacity of the HW heater? This is called bait and switch techs and even a lawyer would have problems proving it'd like to see the "code violated"! That part is in writing.....

Barry means the same as I wrote- because the email says that only the outside sink goes to that gray tank, very little has changed in the *usability* of the camper- regardless of how shocking the difference sounds.

I understand,But the email is after the fact of a misleading sale.

The web site is wrong and I posted a link of dealer selling this unit that states 76 gal of grey. There are many other on the web as well selling this unit with MISLEADING info referring to 76 gal of grey.
That would lead a buyer to think he had 76 gal. of grey.
I would think most buyers are not as sharp as some on this forum.
One would really have to do there homework.

How could one find out this info before buying???

Ask the dealer for an options list as I've posted.

So the mfg knows about it...but don't want to furnish the info on there web site or let there dealers know. Might cost them some sales. Its easier to tell folks about it after they buy it. That way they don't loose any sales.
Good for the bottom line!

How does one see that a tank is missing from the trailer when the under belly is covered with a protective bottom. I asked the PDI guy and his answer was they must both use one dump valve.
The only thing I have that has anything on it is the appliance serial log sheet. It says nothing about tank sizes.

Hopefully it would be on that list correctly. Mine has no tank info
and it was the list furnished by the factory.

Mine drains as the the factory said yours did. I just put a valve on the outside cap and then opened both grey valves. Tying them together. Viola, double the capacity of grey. I aint no college graduate but its not rocket science. Its waste water. You lost half of your capacity, despite what other might think.
What I put on mine when dry camping
