MOR/ryde customer service
Before I picked up our new 2015 Wildcat 282RKX I had our dealer order and put on a MOR/ryde rubber pin box. The dealer installed one for a fifth wheel with a GVW of 11,500-14,000. That was just a little to heavy/stiff for our rig, and in this case bigger/stiffer is not better.
I called MOR/ryde and talked with Rocky Sites and explained the situation. He said we should have a #3 rubber spring in our box, we had a #4. He said he would send a #3 right out as "good will" and told me to just keep the stiffer #4 for possible future use. I said I thought the spring was pricey and he said yes $189 + shipping. It arrived in 3 days.
A company that has this type of customer service will keep customers and pick up many more along the way. This is just a shout out to MOR/ryde and Rocky Sites for the GREAT Customer Service.
