Moving into the camper

In a little over 48 hours from now we will be headed out for a fall trip to visit family in IL & OH. For several years it has been our policy to move into the camper a couple of days before the departure date to make sure we haven't forgotten anything. (guess we are lucky that we can keep our trailer parked in our side yard!!)

This trip is especially exciting for us as we have a 7 month old GREAT grandson & a 2 week old GREAT granddaughter that has joined the family this year!

We are trying to make good use of our 2011 Rockwood 1809S Mini Lite!

Even after spending two nights in the TT before leaving for our 900 mile trip to OH we still forgot two small items - nothing that you can't get from W~M.
Trailer tows nicely behind our 1/2 ton Chevy. Only mishap - we lost the door out of the range vent. Have had two previous trailers & 15 years of towing never had that happen before.

The vent door thing can happen if you forget to "lock" it down with the two little tabs before hitting the road. There is a previous thread on here somewhere about replacing the door without replacing the complete vent assembly.
