Exclamation MSRP's on new RV's

Is there a way to get the MSRP on new FR motorhomes without talking to a dealer? kbb.com is great for cars and trucks, but they don't list RV's.

This site will list a lot of RVs but not all. You have to look for one you want. You can then go on and add the features/option you want to get the MSRP as well as dealer cost.

Nadaguides and seedealercost.com are both good, but they do not yet have this year's models on their websites.

I also check out RVs - Fleetwood, Airstream, Winnebago, Forest River Newmar, and Other RVs for Sale - RVTrader.com to see what they are going for nationwide. Honestly, there is no factory set msrp line there is with cars. It makes figuring so price difficult. You will find the cheapest prices close to the factory as they don't have to pay shipping fees.

As we understand from our research, 30% off MSRP is about what you can expect. Also ask for other concessions. We got our Equilizer weight distribution sway control system, second year warranty, Fantastic Fan, and recliners. We should have asked slide topper, but did not think if it and added that after we had it delivered. All they can say is no when you start to negotiate, but then you can try another dealer if you don't get what you think is fair. Good luck!

I just do a google search for the model I'm interested in. That usually brings up a number of dealer web sites and you can get a lot of info from them.

Interesting link, thanks for sharing although i don't know how it makes some of us feel after we have already purchased our FR3. I guess some of of us will feel good about our purchase while others may think they paid too much. But it's nice to know. Besides, it's too late to do anything about it anyway. lol

Dealer websites have prices for RV's as they have ordered them for stock, not the way I want the options. What I am really looking for is a website where you can start with the basic unit, select the options you want, or as some call it "built your unit" and then it gives you the MSRP and common dealer prices for the unit as you want it. nadaguides.com has that but they don't yet have this year's new models listed.
