Smile My camping style is changing

In the beginning I couldn't get out and camp enough! The longer the trip the better.

In the year since dad passed away probate has closed & I brought the family house. With no longer being a main care provided of a loved one I now have 'less stress' to get away from and actually prefer shorter trips. I still love sitting around the campfire and taking in all of life simple pleasures.

Maybe while reclaiming my life moves along my camping style will change once again but I do know that RVing/Camping is a part of my life. And speaking of life, it's pretty interesting for sure. Just as soon as I think I have it figured out it changes.

Sorry to hear about your Dad, Hard to be a caregiver. Atleast your still getting out camping. Do you live in California? I read your posts and it seems you do a lot of beach camping? Lot's and lot's of places to camp in that state.

I do live in California and love the beach! You are so right about having lots of places to camp in California. I am starting to map out plans of campgrounds to visit in the next year or so. I will still camp at my two favorite spots but there will be other campgrounds tossed in for more fun.

We use to live in California, in the Bay Area city of Martinez. Raised our family there. We moved here in Virginia the tax's were killing us. We still miss Cal. and it's been 10 years already. We have family scattered from San Diego to Ukiah. We went back when the camper was new 2 years ago and was gone for 3 mos. Now thats a long trip. Well have fun camping and enjoy them beaches, you can not beat it.....

That's more the rule than the exception, at least as far as I've seen.
