Need information and/or recommendation

I just moved from Colorado to Pennsylvania with my 2011 Georgetown. If any of you have a Forest River RV and live in the Philly/SE PA area, who do you use and recommend for RV repairs?

We had used the media camping in Fairless Hills. They seemed pretty good. My parents took their Georgetown to stolfus in west Chester. They are pricey and ok but they all seem to be that way, just want a sig on the paperwork

Didn't Media camping move to Hatfield? Anyone use Fretz RV in Souderton?

Yeah that's probably them. It's been a while... Just NOT the one in media, PA.. We used to pull the homeless out of their trailers and motor homes.

I also visited Media camping on Baltimore pike in media this May to pick up levelers from their store. Upon arrival it looked like a junkyard for RV trailers. I then went into the store which looked like a bunch of Hoarders lived in there, tables of boxes of supplies strewn about the place in no apparent order. Will never visit them again.

Use Indian Valley Camping Center, Souderton, Pa. ask for Wayne Miller service manager best service I ever got. And not real pricey. And he always emails you back.

Yep, I was not exaggerating when I say pulling out homeless. All the trailers are unlocked and plugged in... You do the math.. LOL. It's a shame the better of the two closed and the terible one stays in business.

OUCH. The one in Media is 5 minutes from my home. It does look like a junk yard. It looks like they only sell used units now. A friend swears that he got first rate mechanical service there several times.

My daughter told me I would be disowned if I bought an RV there.
So I went to Stoltzfus near West Chester. I think the mechanics are probably very good but they did not put my radio back in the dash properly after installing a back up camera last week. It seemed to me that I may have picked up the RV a day earlier than they expected. Now I have to go back again this week to finish the job. Beyond that they did stuff at no charge that was needed but I didn't know about (under used vehicle warranty).

I am put off by not receiving phone calls from the parts department and my service writer even though they promise to do so.

Does anyone else have any recent experience with the Media Camping on Baltimore Pike because of the convenience I was thinking of trying them?

I talked to Fretz, and they told me they could not give me an appointment until November 17 (and that was at 7 AM!). Indian Valley gave me an appointment next Tuesday afternoon. They also have had two very positive reviews (including rwmurphy above). Guess which one I went with!
