water leak

I had the same problem with my 2013 sunseeker. the water was getting past the seals around the outside lights on top of the overhang. took them a long time to figure it out.

Isn't mold a health issue?

Thank you. I feel the OP would also point this out to the dealer and FR.

I purchased in 2015, but it is a 2016 C Class Rv. I tried reaching out to the main dealership where I purchased it they have not called me back. I also called Forrest River back, and I was told I will have to wait my turn for my call back. In the meantime I still have no RV. I am getting so frustrated, this is time to camp. I have called so many and no one is calling me back, but I am paying my monthly payment with no RV.

I AGREE, I have asthma, and I asked how would they ensure everything is clean. We have a bunk above the cabin of the truck, and the cushions were all soaked. I am very overwhelmed with this.

Sorry been on shift, I purchased October 2015, it is a 2016 Forrest River C class, they had it till March, I got it back, I just took it back to them in October, and they still have it I have called the sales manager, the warranty person, Campers Inn RV main office, and Forrest River so far no call backs. I call them again today, and I was told they are receiving a high level of calls today. So I am still waiting with no RV. I appreciate everyones help. I just afford to keep paying on an RV I can't use, and I have asthma, I need to be sure all the mold is out.

Thank you, we are new at this, took us many years to be able to get an RV, and now they have it. I hope I answered all the questions, I just want it fixed and back, or they can buy it back.

My Rv had water coming down from the cabin roof of our C Class 2016 Forrest RV. It has been in the shop multiple times. They have it this time since end of October, and no one is answer my calls. I tried calling Forrest River, the main ofc of Campers inn, the campers inn that I purchased it from. I got a text last week that they were approved to replace the liner, but they still do not know where the leak came from. I have concerns about the water and mold and mildew, I have asthma. All the cushions on the bunk above the cabin were soaked, they have not changed them out either.

As far paying for it and not able to use it. It will probably sit longer than it is used.

We expected that our use would be seasonal, but they have it during the camping season. This is our favorite time of the year to camp. Thank you.

Did you ask the dealer or FR about getting you free loaner for your upcoming trip? If not why?

To be honest I never thought of it. We actually cancelled our seashore trip labor day weekend because they had the RV. I will make the request on Monday, I am having camping withdrawl getting a little grumpy.
