Need suggestion for TT

Parents want to get a TT now. They want it to be:

-1/2 ton towable (ball hitch only)
-sleep 4+
-have good sized beds (actual bed and fold down bed or dinette bed)
-no inflatable couch beds! (we are not kids lol)
-no pop outs but slides are fine.
-decent bathroom (shower, sink and toilet in a good layout)
-one bathroom
-as many convinces as possible (power awning and jacks etc)

so anyone got some good suggestions??

Also check out the Windjammer line by Rockwood. Some very nice units. We have a 2008 3001w with no major issues. We have towed this unit from Ont. to BC and back. We averaged 10.5 miles per gal with the F150.

gf likes the wind jammer style of trailer. ill suggest that to them to because i can see the V nose being better for mileage. there was a couple plans on FR's site that look like what parents want.

I think they should first understand what half ton towable means to them.

Are they looking for a wet weight of under 5000lbs, under 7500 lbs or can they tow 9500 lbs?

Depending on the truck, engine, axle, etc, a recommendation would differ.

im guessing somewhere around the 7500lbs mark based on the guidelines mother gave me. no way something like we looked at would weigh in under 5k

The Rockwood Mini-Lite 2304.
The bathroom is awesome, larger than many more exspensive units. Sleeps 4. My unit weighs 3750lbs. I tow with a 4.3L Chevy 6 cylinder truck no problem. My unit has lots of extras and even more can be added. I like it. But everyone has their own criteria. Good luck, Happy Camping.

2011 Rockwood Mini-Lite 2304

+1 for the Rockwood 2702ss. The wife and I are picking ours up this Saturday. Can't wait. Floor plan is great, can't beat the quality, and loaded you should be well under 7500lbs per the specs from Forest River. We looked at a lot of different TT's and always came back to this one.

Just one more plug for Prime Time.
I've owned 4 different Forest River brands and without a doubt Prime Time has been the best. Granted I've only owned the tt 8 months and only camped 5 times, but it's still my first choice.
