Pretty nice trucks!!

I love how much more roomy the back seats are on the full crew cabs.
I moved the front seat to my normal driving position, then climbed in the back seat and still had 4-8 inches between my knees and the front seat- and I'm 6'2". (This was on a 1/2 ton of course)
I would love to have one of these new 1 tons!!!

You'll see the new HD's start to arrive into dealers lots in the next few weeks.

Gaser's first and then diesels later. Can't wait to see one and take a test drive... getting itchy for a new one.

I had a 2012 2500hd and now have a 2014 crew. The 14 only feels bigger because it's a smaller back seat. My kids and wife really can tell the difference. I really like the interior of the 14 better all around.

I work at a Gm dealer. The 2014 HDs are the same cab from 2007-2014.
This is talking about the ALL NEW BODY STYLE that the 1/2 tons got back in june. I posted the first pics of these trucks as they first showed up. And the ALL NEW BODY STYLE cabs on the full crew cab are much bigger feeling- even though they are only about 6+" bigger.

Oh to clarify, there is a normal 4 door with 4 true doors (smaller rear doors) that is the same size that extended cabs were.

And then there are the FULL 4 door crew cabs with bigger rear doors. These are the ones im talking about being bigger.

I have the new full size crew 2014 body style. Measure the back seat and you will see where the added leg room is.

Don't get me wrong. I love the new body style and interior. Just stating the facts. The bottom seat cushion is shorter. It's a good 3-4 inches shorter.

The can may be physically longer but most of the back seat leg room comes from the shorter seat.

I'm trading in my '11 2500 on a '15 3500 dually.
I sent me dealer an email Monday asking when I can order one or when he be receiving them. Said he would check but I haven't heard back. Guess I'll call him.
I switched from brand X when I bought the '11 new. Been a great truck , the Allison/Duramax has been great. I was going to get a '14 3500 but heard about the changes and read a few reviews. I like the little extra back seat room and one review said the interior noise was the quietest they have ever tested in a truck.

The 2014 1/2 ton has the new interior. It is a lot quieter than any other truck I have owned. I don't know about the dually but it should be just as quiet because any xtra tire noise will be from way behind the cab. My 1/2 ton is also the smoothest riding truck I have ever owned also.

If your ordering a Diesel they will ship some weeks after the gasoline models could be early spring?? I'm not sure anyone knows for sure.

That's good to hear! We went truck shopping in 2012 with no pre-conceived brand loyalties. The small backseat was the reason why we dropped the Chevy/GMC from our truck research.

We will almost always have 2 kids back there and often have an adult along for the ride. It was just too cozy when you compared it against the Ford and Ram.

They'll probably be pretty proud of then when they first hit the lots. I probably wait until the feeding frenzy is over to get one.
I bought my '11 in 2011 during the Memorial Day sale. I got a heck of deal and 0% interest.

I got my '11 2500 in Dec of '11 and my '13 3500 in Sept of '13. Scored great deals on both. I almost always wait until the next model year is out, and look for the deals. I should be ready for a '16 when the '17's come out.

I just need to patient. I would like to get locked in at 0% again if I can. My wife's already named it. She will call it "last truck".

Just got a brand new Silverado 3500HD Dually with the Duramax/Allison 6 speed drive train. It goes in tomorrow to get the 5th wheel hitch installed. This truck replaced my Ford F250 Powerstoke which was having Fuel Injector and Computer Issues.

We just got our 1st 2015 2500 Silverado in. The first 2 were ordered sold so I could not drive them. The only 2 we have been able to order so far. This one was a Double cab LTZ 6.6 that listed for 59000.00 and the Crew cab was also a loaded LTZ at 66000.00
