You'll always have a willing pupil to learn about camping. We camped since was a wee tot. I have a photo
of me sitting on a coffee can to potty as we camped out of a V W Bus....priceless!!! All the best to your growing family

My congratulations, also.

Both of our daughters, now aged 9 and 6, began camping at 4 months. They were both born in July and we went on our first camping outing for Thanksgiving. The first one, we had a popup, then we had a hybrid with the 2nd one. Quickly purchased a TT bunkhouse and last year, moved to a fifth wheel (front) bunkhouse and spent 107 nights in it while we camp hosted 2 months in a Va state park and 1 month in a Md state park.

We love it, the girls love it and brother will occasionally go with us, too. He full-times while he is working and going to school.

Congratulations on the pending new arrival! Our children (now 37 and 34) never took a vacation in a hotel/motel... we vacationed in RVs... a different place every summer, not to mention weekend trips during the rest of the year. They knew more American History than their history teachers, cause they had BEEN THERE.

You'll be giving them a priceless gift.

Congrats! My stepkids never cared for camping (But have renewed interest with the new camper. Odd that.) so here's hoping yours fits right in!

Fort Wilderness CG at Disney is awesome!

Throwing in my congratulations also! Mom and Dad took us 4 kids on a tent camping vacation *every* year for as far back as I can remember...2 weeks traveling this great nation.

Yes, history classes were fun for us. Old Faithful? Teach, want me to bring pictures for show and tell? Pike's Peak? Got those pics too! Royal Gorge, Ruby Falls, Carlsbad Caverns? Ditto.

Dad would treat us to a road side motel (the sort that were numerous small cabins all in a row) once a week. We thought we were stylin' and proflin', I'm tellin' ya.

That new baby y'all are expecting is gonna be one lucky/fortunate child!

Congrats to you and the mother-to-be. Is this your first? Man, the next 10-12 years could be the best you'll ever have. I know those were my best and my girls are 28 & 34 now. I almost envy you. Love those babies!
