Nice. Room enough for a larger unit. [emoji106]

Love it...I have to check with the local communists where I live to see if they'll be stealing additional money from me if I do something like that.

I’m guessing it doesn’t have a good snow load rating though.

Sweet! I'm jealous.
Where are you located, snow belt, sunbelt? If snow, I'd have plans to close off the open side for winter. However, in our local, an enclosed building, even just on three sides with a roof is taxed differently than a pavilion type structure. My SIL's Dad has a large shed for his full size tractor that has the three sides end about 6" from the ground to save on taxes!

Isn't that the truth.

Our county had some folks building without permits and the assessors decided to head out to every property and check for 'illegal' buildings.

It’s funny. I built a dog house 6x8 with a wood framed bottom setting on concrete patio deal. I was drunk and put 8 foot side walls(to ground) on it. It has hardboard walls, insulated, composition roof, window with 5K window unit and 1500 BTU electric heater, doggie door and 36” man door(cause I had it). I am too tight to run the air, but it is there.
Funny part is...it showed up on my property tax map.
