New LT tired

I finally got my new LT tires. The new tires are:
Michelin LTX M/S 2
LT275/65R18E1 123R W

What air pressure should I use for regular driving and towing?

Thanks,

Randy

I run 40 pounds in my LT truck tires when unloaded. It has been working great. Nice even tread wear. A little better ride.

Have GY LR E on mine and run 65 rear, 60 front when loaded, 30 rear, 35 front unloaded. So far, nice even wear.

There is a place on the tire sidewall that has the recommended air pressure for that tire. It also has loading info as well.

Also check the door sticker on your truck and they should be pretty close.

Here is what I do with my LT245/75R/16E tires. You would need to look up the tire pressure charts for your truck tire size.

Michelin Americas Truck Tire Load & Inflation Tables

Normal driving 70 front 80 back
Towing 80 front 80 back.

Since I only use the truck infrequently (not towing) having it ready to go is more important than running it partially deflated; then having to pump it up when I want to connect.

Course, I have the diesel with Allison transmission and the empty weight front axle is 4060 pounds - 440 pounds from maxed out (4500) in any case.
