New to Site==Looking for help

I have a 2012 Crusader Touring Edition and the passenger side fender skirt has now come loose where it ends on the slideout. I have put screws in there and they keep coming out and the skirt winds up flopping in the wind. I have been lucky I haven't lost it. I know how I want to fix it, but is there a chance I can get Forest River/Primetime RV to help? It is a poor design because where it ends, there is little to no room to put a screw in order to hold the end in place. It has a small crack that I can repair. Just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem and how they fixed it. Tired of the thing flopping in the wind while driving down the road!

They would repair it if you can make it to the Rally in August.

However I fixed mine by using a larger (not longer) screw with a washer under the head. Make sure you caulk the top with a good quality adhesive sealant like Proflex.

Soapy water and your soapy thumb will make the job look very professional.

If you can get behind it, I would use bolts, nuts and washers. I had to do that with my fiver. Good Luck

In addition to what Herk advised, fabricate a strap from the bottom edge to the underside of the slide.
