I'll add yet another factor for a TT: Based on my years of towing experience, I would not (and did not) buy any TT with 14" tires.

I'm no expert, just know my experience: 5 yrs of 14" tires, 3 on my Roo 19, 2 on my Mini-Lite. No problems yet. More important to look at the loading margin, I think. Any tire close to it's margins has an increased probability of failure.
