I have a 2015 Rockwood Ultra-Lite 2608WS and my axles/tires are pretty close together. I bought some of the levelers that are sort of triangle shaped (can't remember the brand name). I ended up having to have the narrow ends cut off the levelers I have now because they were too long to fit between the two axles. Does anyone know if the Anderson levelers work on a TT where the tires are close together? I'd love to go out and measure the distance on my TT but had surgery on my foot last Friday and am laid up for the next 6-12 weeks. I am always interested in something affordable that will make leveling easier, but don't want to waste time/money buying something that won't work for my particular TT.

Do not know what the Anderson leveling system is. We have been camping for more than 30 years with a variety of towed trailers. Mostly with tandem axles. We use the Camco-style yellow leveling blocks, and also use the large interlocking chock once we figure out where to park our rig. Always level side-to-side first, then use the trailer tongue jack to achieve level front-to-rear. Finally, lower your stabilizing jacks, is so equipped. We always carry extra blocks for those times when we have a really tilted camp site. We carry a carpenter's level about 2-feet long laid down on the floor to confirm we are level.

Yes, they can be cut to fit between the tires. I have about 5 inches between the tires and the Anderson levelers fit without modification. Anderson has instructions as to how much can be cut off.

I agree with "itat" that your TT does not have to be perfectly level for the frig. If you are uncomfortable walking in your TT then the frig could also be uncomfortable. The one thing I always try to do is to make the side or end of the trailer where our heads are when sleeping higher.

A great aid in knowing exactly how many inches is needed under the wheels is the LevelMatePro. No more guessing it's a remarkable aid. Just search YouTube for levelmatepro.
